Becki Newton

Becki was born in Guilford Connecticut. She began appearing in local shows and in the summer stock theatre at 13. As she studied European History at Penn, she also spent several semesters in Europe. Becki made the move to NYC after graduating to pursue Broadway. She's been featured in several nationally-telecast commercials, guest-starring and in recurring roles like Cold Case (2003) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1998), American Dreams (2002) and she was offered the role of Amanda on Ugly Betty (2007). She's married to actress Chris Diamantopoulos, and her brother is actor Matt Newton. If I consider the most beautiful women these aren't supermodels. It's a blessing that I get to let the professionals do it in the workplace and at red-carpet occasions as I'm not sure that I'm an expert.
